Shipping & Returns
All material shipments will be in a period of one or two days, as long as we have the items stock. The transport agency will be select by ChampionsShop.com, and so to ship your order in two or more deliveries according to the convenience and availability of ChampionsShop.com. In case items you selected are out of stock, we will notify the delay estimated.

Cost:
The shipment price for national deliveries (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands) is 10 Euros.

Deliveries against payment:
Deliveries against payment requires only the customer address.
We also ask for a contact telephone number (not cellular phone) to inform about all details of the delivery.

Availability / Delivery time:
ChampionsShop.com has a good item’s stock in its warehouse, and moreover it works with the main official wholesalers for the brands offered. However, sometimes we can be out of stock of any item so it will not be possible to deliver it as quick as we would like.
You can cancel your intention of ordering and ask for your money refund at any time.

The item’s availability is approximated, and its indicated for the manufacturers and/or wholesalers. In any case, the delay can’t be imputed to ChampionsShop.com as there are third parties involved.

Return policy:
You have 7 days to return the item, whatever the reason, as long as it keeps its original condition. Just inform us in advance (all costumer’s organisations recommended to do it by registered post)

Remember there is no returns allowed on customised items, software with opened packaging and the products “out of list”.

Remember also, that you will have to pay shipping costs, administrative costs and any other cost related to your return.

Claims policy:
In case you receive items with manipulated packing, please write it in the transport slip and check items in front of the delivery man.

Although your items are ok, please note those incidents on the slip before you sign it.

If there are some differences between the shipment slip and the items you has received, please inform us immediately, and indicate the slip number, list of differences, and telephone number to contact you.

Remember that we will not accept any shipment claim after 24 hours you receive the order.
